Installation

To use the Starter WooCommerce theme, you need to meet the following requirements:

• WordPress version 5.9 or higher
• ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) version 5.11.4 or higher
• Advanced Editor Tools (previously TinyMCE Advanced) version 5.6.0 or higher
• Classic Editor version 1.6.2 or higher
• EWWW Image Optimizer version 6.4.1 or higher
• W3 Total Cache version 2.2.1 or higher
• Node.js version 17.x.x (important: use x86 version for Windows)
• Gulp version 4.0.2 (installation instructions provided in the setup step)

Once you have met the requirements, follow these steps to install and use the theme:

1. Install the required plugins by going to the WordPress dashboard > Plugins > Add New and searching for each plugin by name.
2. After installing the plugins, go to the theme folder and open the command line or terminal.
3. Run the command to install the required packages.
4. Edit the “config.js” file in the theme folder and replace “yourdomain” with your local domain for browserSync and Critical CSS.
5. Finally, use the provided build commands to run the theme in development or production mode.
