Installation

To install Swipe, follow these steps:

  1. Create an account and download Swipe from Themesberg or clone the repository.
  2. Ensure that you have Node locally installed on your system.
  3. Download Gulp Command Line Interface to use gulp in your Terminal.
  4. In the main folder, run npm install to download all project dependencies.
  5. In the swipe folder, run gulp to serve the project files using BrowserSync.
  6. While the gulp command is running, any changes made to files in the assets/scss/, assets/js/, and components/ folders will be monitored and automatically compiled.
  7. Terminate the gulp command by pressing CTRL+C to stop the local server from running.

If you prefer a version of Swipe without Sass, Gulp, or Npm, you can generate it by running the following command:

gulp generate-no-sass

To compile the code and get a minified version of the HTML and CSS, use the following Gulp command:

gulp minify
